STEM Family Night @ Root Demonstrator Information
GENERAL INFORMATION
The theme of our STEM Family Night @ Root is "Oh the Places You'll Go". When students arrive, they will receive an "STEMazing Race Map" to use to find your "STEM Station" and receive a stamp on the back of the "STEMazing Race Map". Students will earn a free raffle ticket for every STEM Station they visit. The STEM Family Night raffle Grand Prize will be announced at our STEM @ Root Rally on Monday, April 22nd.
When you arrive, you will receive a check-in packet that will let you know where your "STEM Station" will be located. We will be assigning a volunteer with every demonstrator. The volunteer will assist you with setup/breakdown if needed, regulate the flow of students/families in and out of the room and stamp the students "Amazing Race Maps" as they leave the classroom.
We are listing all of our wonderful STEM Stations along with a picture or Logo on our STEM@Root website www.stematroot.weebly.com. Thank you for your time! You will have an impact on where "The Places Our Root Students Will Go" in the future!

PARKING
You may pull up in the carpool line to get better access to the front door, but then you must park along Northampton Street. Please enter the building on the Northampton St Entrance.
SCHOOL MAP LAYOUT
CHECK-IN
Check-in will be in the front foyer area between 4:45 pm and 5:15 pm. Please indicate if you will be checking in outside the normal check-in time on the information form below. We will have carts and additional assistance available if needed.
DINNER
You are invited to eat a complimentary Moe's Dinner before or after your session or are welcome to serve a "to go" box
to take with you. We will provide water bottles/soda and snacks regardless of your choice.
Please indicate how many demonstrators will be eating a Moe's (chicken or beef tacos with chips and water) dinner on your Survey Monkey.
